Beautiful, rustic beaches meet the shores of Tamarindo in the prestine country of Costa Rica. Tamarindo is located on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, accessible with a short drive from Liberia airport. Tamarindo is known for beaches with strong surf, like Playa Tamarindo and Playa Langosta. This 6 night/7 day retreat offers a one way ticket to relaxation. Costa Rica is all about living the Pure Life - taking in every day with a deep breath of fresh water air, sunshine and even a few Coco Locos :).

Itinerary at a glance
Day 1 - Welcome to Paradise
12-3pm - Arrive at Liberia airport and depart for Tamarindo via shuttle. As we make our way to our new home for the next 7 days, take in the scenery and feel at ease knowing you are now living the pure life!
5:30pm - Movement & Welcome/Opening Ceremony
7:30pm - Welcome Dinner
Day 2 - Surf's up!
8:00am - SoulFire Flow (75 mins)

10:30am - Depart for Surf Lessons

7:30pm - Dinner will be provided by our private chef, Brielle, and served on our communal table at Iguana.

Day 3 - Adventure
6:00am - Early breakfast available
7:00am - Depart for a full day adventure tour, including Zip Lining, White Water Rafting, Horseback Riding, Rock Climbing and more
4:00pm - Arrival back at retreat center
5:00pm - Join on the beach for a group sunset gathering
7:00pm - Dinner
8:15pm - Guided Meditation for Sleep

6:00pm - Join Chef Brielle in the kitchen for an interactive cooking class and learn how to make a signature Costa Rican dessert

Our Teacher
Nicole Lardieri
Nicole Lardieri, E-RYT/YACEP, is the co-founder and creative director for SoulFire Retreats. Nicole holds a BA in Biology and Business, fueling her passion for anatomy and for creating the ultimate experience for her guests. Nicole is known for her unique and creative sequencing, knowledge of Vinyasa Yoga methods, Pranayama techniques and her deep understanding of the human body.
Nicole's signature teaching style is known as The SoulFire Method, incorporating the fluid movements of Vinyasa Yoga with calisthenics that are intentionally + intelligently sequenced to bring forth emotional release, detoxification and chakra balancing. Nicole also developed a series of intelligently informed teacher training methods.
Nicole has led yoga retreats and 200hr trainings all over the world and is known for her unique approach and effective teacher training methods. Nicole is a world traveler and loves connecting with new souls every trip she takes. Nicole continues her personal quest to live each day with as much purpose, passion and meaning as possible.
Our Chef
Brielle Dahan
Brielle has worked independently as a chef since 2007. She has owned and operated a nationally recognized conceptual dessert business in New York City. In 2015, Brielle began her work as a private chef and celebrity meal planner focusing on organic, seasonal, and local ingredients. Her macro nutrient meals promote longevity and help with weight management. Her culinary role change was inspired while abroad where she studied cooking techniques and regional recipes from around the world.
Aside from travel, her greatest passion is working in the kitchen
and cooking for others. She enjoys making people happy through healthy food and has brought a unique flare to SoulFire Retreats keeping our retreat goers balanced and nourished.
Casa Redonda is located in the heart of town just one block from the beautiful rustic beaches of Tamarindo. You will have private access to the entire property, boating Spanish colonial design and charm of traditional Costa Rican decor with a modern twist.
The house is a 5 minute walk into town, where you can find plentiful shopping and restaurants. Wake up to the sound of exotic birds and feel at peace. Stretch your legs with a sunrise walk on the beach and enjoy some of Costa Rica's delicious coffee.
The mangrove-lined estuary of Tamarindo Wildlife Refuge protects animals such as howler monkeys, who love to come by and say hello from time to time.
